| Details: | SUMMARY: Eric Evans responded Total Coliform MCL violation for the month of August DETAILS: Contacted Amos Buttram over the phone regarding two repeat samples that came back TC positive. I informed him that he must issued a public notice at this point. I sent him a copy of the public Notice NC-3 template. I also educated him on how to "shock" a well, and sent him information on this process. He will send me any public notice that he issues. The operator will "shock" the well and distribution system and issue a public notice. He will send our health department any PN that he issues. This will then be submitted to the State. He will also take 5 routine samples during the month of September. | ||
