| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform routine sample 5/3/2006, negative repeat results. DETAILS: On 5/9/2006 I received an alert for a positive total coliform routine sample collected 5/3/2006. On 5/10/2006 I left a message for John Harper to find out if repeat samples had been collected. 5/11/2006, John returned my call and reported that all four repeat samples collected at the hand pump on 5/7/2006 were absent for coliform bacteria. I sent John an email 5/15/2006 reminding him that five routine samples must be collected in June to return to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of five routine samples in June 2006. | ||
