Details: SUMMARY: Inspected arsenic treatment facility DETAILS: We inspected the arsenic treatment facility. Contractor was constructing the waste treatment ponds. The building to house the treatment equipment is completed, and the equipment installation will begin this week. The treatment facility is expected to have initial start up by May 22. Brent Barton is the new City Administrator.
