| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform result on routine sample taken 6/10/05. Negative for E Coli. DETAILS: Public notice posted 6/17/05. System shocked on July 4, 2005. Special sample taken July 15 came back positive. Special sample taken at wellhead to determine source of contamination came back positive. Resealed both storage tanks and brought overflow pipes above ground level. System reshocked 7/26/2005. ACTION NEEDED: Continue regular sampling schedule. Determine source of contamination and correct. | ||
