| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample positive for total coliform on 10/31/2005. DETAILS: Spoke with Dave Bracken on 11/3/05 about the routine positive of total coliform from the system on 10/31/05. He stated they were not dispensing water from water system, and were using bottled water. Signs were posted and letters were sent out to users. System was shock chlorinated on Wednesday 11/02/2005 ACTION NEEDED: Repeat samples need to be taken after chlorine has left the system. | ||
