| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive for coliform on routine and repeat samples DETAILS: A Routine sample was taken on 10/19/2005, and came back positive. 3 repeat samples were taken 10/24/05 and they all came back positive. System was shock chlorinated. Work was being done on the pump and storage tank and chlorinator for the system had been turned off and was not turned back on. ACTION NEEDED: Continue routine sampling. | ||
