| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive for total coliform on routine and repeat samples. DETAILS: On 11/15/2005, spoke with Nancy Groth about positive coliform test results for routine and repeat samples on 10/19/05 and 10/21/05. Nancy stated that a UV system was installed on 10/21/2005 and a special sample was taken then. The sample came back negative for total coliform and is attached. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine samples need to be taken during next quarters sampling. | ||
