| Details: | SUMMARY: Radionuclide Results for Grandparenting/Reduced Monitoring DETAILS: During my sanitary survey of this system, I reminded Marty that he needs to start monitoring quarterly for radionuclides because there were no results on SDWIS that qualified for grandparenting. Marty said that he was sure that samples were taken before December 8, 2004. I asked him to check and provide a copy of the results if he could find them. Attached are copies of radiological test results for this system collected on July 7, 2003. Also attached is a reduced monitoring schedule for rads based on results of these tests.
