Details: SUMMARY: SNC Status result of failute to sample both system entry points A and B. DETAILS: Follow up 3/22/06 Called and left message at the law office of former operator Gordon Joelson Information change has been submitted. 4/3/06 Spoke with new operator, Tammy Meerten, she was not aware of the need for sampling both entry points. She will take two nitrate samples in the hottest month this summer. ACTION NEEDED: The 2006 nitrate samples will be submitted this summer. Nitrate sample both entry points. Due by 12/31/2006.
