Details: SUMMARY: Positive routine coliform samples : two on 4/20/06 and one on 4/24/06. DETAILS: 4/25/06 - I called and left a message with Jerry asking him to contact me regarding the positive samples. Jerry did not return my call. The system has a long history of problems. As a result of prior field contact with the system operators, I know that it is in proactive and competent hands that will contact me if they need assistance. ACTION NEEDED: Four repeat samples ASAP and five routine samples in the month of May.
