Details: DETAILS: Spoke with Wendy Moore and Cougar several times ince initial 1/16/06 positive. Discussed public notice with Wendy if any of the repeats were positive. Two "special" samples were taken on 3/9/06 and both positive. However, these samples were pulled from a frost free hydrant and from a garden hose. Spoke with Cougar again 3/15/06 and he is going to chlorinate system and resample. He will take 5 routine samples in April. Spoke with lab about proper sampling techniques. ACTION NEEDED: Needed: take 5 routines in April. If all absent, can go back to quarter sampling.
