| Details: | SUMMARY: Mas has fulfilled the requirements for the ERP DETAILS: Due to a strong language barrier, I completed the required Section 2 of ERP for this small tansient saystem. I sent them a letter explainaing the purpose of the ERP as well as the ERP itself for their records. The letter included the ERP Proof of Completion form with instructions to send the form to Kurt Putnam of the Drinking Water Program. ACTION NEEDED: Mas needs to complete and submit the ERP proof of completion. | ||
