| Details: | SUMMARY: Received ERP DETAILS: Received ERP and VA certification form on 05/23/06 from Joe Lewis, however, a 2007 survey indicated that the ERP was not completed. Completion of the ERP was made a condition of the SRF Loan S03003. An ERP dated February 12 2009 developed by Kennedy Jenks was received from Darryl Sykes on 06/23/09. The ERP referenced a vulnerability assessment completed by Kennedy Jenks in May 2004. After reveiwing the ERP, I sent Janet Hillock with OECDD a scan of the ERP cover page, table of contents, and reference page (nothing else for security reasons) on 06/24/09 to show that it had fullfilled the loan condition. I put a copy of the scanned material in the water system file and shredded the rest of the document for security reasons. ACTION NEEDED: No further action required at this time. System to update ERP in the future as the need arises | ||
