| Details: | SUMMARY: E Coli Alert Response DETAILS: Spoke with Darren. Repeat samples were collected Wednesday 5/24. The water has been shut off to the campground pending results of the repeat samples. There has been an unusual amount of rain the past week, and he suspects that some surface water has infiltrated into the springs, resulting in the fecal positive result. The water system had been chlorinated and flushed about two weeks ago prior to opening for the summer, and a special sample collected after flushing was absent for coliforms. ACTION NEEDED: Actions will be based on results of repeat samples. | ||
