| Details: | Made a site visit along with Amy Word, Shanna Bailey w/ Business Oregon and Judy Moore w/ GEODC. Inspected piping installation connecting new meter vault to the park's existing plumbing. Observed City staff opening the valve to supply city water to the park. Observed that the old well was physically disconnected from the park's plumbing. Left "Problem Corrected" notice to be distributed to residents. System to be inactivated in SDWIS. | ||
