| Details: | I called Cheryll Malisch regarding a couple questions I had prior to submitting the Water System Survey report. She clarified that well 2A was redrilled to approximately 460 deep in 2019, and also that the PO Box 975 address in Clatskanie is the currently preferred mailing address for Quincy Water Association as opposed to the previous Newburg, OR mailing address. She is also the DRC for the system. Cheryll also informed me that the reason coliform source water samples were not collected from Well 2A in 2017, which the system is listed in violation for, was because that well was being maintained and at that time, and had the pump pulled. She says Highland Water did not take the water test until after they had already pulled the pump on Well 2A. This 2017 violation is apparently still listed as unaddressed. |
