| Details: | SUMMARY: TC positive result for routine sample taken 06/02/06 DETAILS: Don Poe called to report that the routine sample was coliform positive and to request further instructions. I instructed him to take 4 repeat samples ASAP and that 5 routine samples would be needed in July. I told him that if the original sample was e-coli or fecal positive or if any repeat samples were positive, he should contact Pete Farrelly with DWP for further assistance. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples ASAP, 5 routines in July, and keep DWP informed of any more positive sample results. |
