| Details: | SUMMARY: Spoke with new contact person John Sluga about the alert for nitrate M/R for sample taken 4/19/06 with a result of 9.8 ppm. ACTION NEEDED: The system will resample to confirm the 9.8 ppm result. Mr Sluga will call with newest results within two weeks. If the level is still high, I will meet with the owner Mr. Smucker at the site and look for possible reasons for increased nitrates. I will also ask the system to monitor for four consecutive quarters. | ||
