| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform repeat samples collected 6/5/06. DETAILS: The additional repeat samples collected 6/5/06 show total coliform presence in all samples. An MCL violation has occurred which cannot be invalidated. Therefore, I instructed Kevin to shock chlorinate and post public notice (for which I emailed instructions to him 6/5/06). Kevin will get help on shock chlorination from Casey Jones Well Drilling. I also instructed him to collect the required 5 routine samples by the end of June to return to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Await copy of public notice and 5 routine samples in June. | ||
