| Details: | SUMMARY: Monthly Routine Taken 5/9/06 DETAILS: Left message that they have until 5/24 to report results for 4 repeats. I asked him to call if any of those are positive b/c then theyre an MCL and will need to do a PN. Otherwise they will need to do 5 routine samples in June. I also mentioned that they need to d o IOC and NO2 testing before October or else they are looking at an Administrative Order. They also need 4 consecutive quarters of Radiological testing before the end of 2007. They are also due for a Sanitary Survey. ACTION NEEDED: I will need to make an appointment to do a sanitary survey this summer. | ||
