| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine monthly taken 5/9/06 positive TC DETAILS: Spoke w/Audrey 5/15. Coffee Lab sampled from the wrong location (SAMPLE A60509BMI) kitchen sink). They also took another Routine sample from a house on the same day for some unknown reason. Audrey usually does the sampling herself but is on vacation so the lab came out to do it. She called Coffey to find out what the heck is going on and found out that they also came out 5/11 and took 4 repeats, one of which was positive TC. Audrey suspec ts they took if from the kitchen sink again which is not on their Coliform Samp ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time. | ||
