| Details: | Operator returned my calls and responded to letter sent regarding monitoring violations accumulating on out-of-business facility. Agreed it should be deactivated. Survey done in 2019 was during the period the water system was still active but the business was closed due to fire. Operator had hoped to re-open facility after clean-up, but it hasn't happened and business is closed indefinitely. | ||
