| Details: | SUMMARY: All four repeat samples positive for total coliform collected 6/8/2006. DETAILS: Larry called to report that all four repeat samples collected 6/8/06 were positive for total coliform. The hand pump handle has been removed. Larry shock chorinated the well on 6/10/06. He is going to flush the well today. He will take a "special" sample after the chlorine is out of the system. If the "special" sample is absent, he will re-attach the handle. He will collect 5 routine samples in July. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of 5 routine samples in July and copy of the public notice. | ||
