| Details: | SUMMARY: Op will do five routines in May 06, post PN DETAILS: Op replorts two repeat positive total coliform samples collected 4/20/06 at classroom 6 and womens restroom. We completed a new Coliform Sampling Plan because some sites are not used very often. He will flush system well and possible disinfect system. ACTION NEEDED: Ed agreed to post PN and do five routines in May 06. | ||
