| Details: | SUMMARY: Called to make sure follow-up testing was done after main break DETAILS: Larry said that Coffey lab showed up the next day and thought I had ordered the test. The results of the test were negative on total coliforms. ACTION NEEDED: I explained to Larry that in the future he should notify our office if the system had to be shut down. The system should have posted a boil water notice in this instance. Routine testing for the Month of June. | ||
