| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact with operator to see if water has been restored. As of 4 PN 5-15-06 the water is back on. ACTION NEEDED: I asked Edna to issue a boil water notice until water sample shows it to be free of coliforms. She agreed to do that today. Sample bottles were given to her to speed up the proces, she will pull a sample today and take it to TD Wicks for testing. Chlorine residual in her home is zero. I gave her the formula as how much to add to the well (5pt) to sanitize it If original sample is positive than she may need to re sanitize the well. Also, she may have to chlorinate if the coliform sample is bad that is pulled today 5-16-06. | ||
