| Details: | SUMMARY: Eileen Baldwin has completed an emergency response plan for the Shady Cove MHP DETAILS: On-site visit to Shady Cove MHP concerning ERP. Eileen showed me the completed ERP for Shady Cove MHP. The plan was completed at the time of the last Sanitary Survey, but was never submitted for review. I reviewed the plan to insure that incorporated the re required elements and sent the proof of completion form to Kurt Putnam. ACTION NEEDED: No further action is needed concerning the Emergency Response Plan. | ||
