| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform routine sample 6/13/06. DETAILS: Gerry collected a routine coliform sample from within the pumphouse on 6/13/06 that resulted in a positive for total coliform. I called Gerry today and instructed him to collect the required 4 repeat samples as soon as possible from the pumphouse faucet, the well and two other locations in the distribution. Gerry will call me with the results. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat samples and follow-up. | ||
