| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform routine sample collected 6/8/2006, negative repeats. DETAILS: I received an alert for a positive total coliform routine sample collected 6/8/06. I checked sdwis and found that the four repeat samples had been collected 6/12/06 with negative results. Chlorine residual results according to sdwis on-line show residuals as low as 0.04 mg/L. I left a message for Herschel today to watch the chlorine levels and increase them to maintain a minimum of 0.2 mg/L. I also instructed him on voice mail to collect the required 5 routine samples in July. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of 5 routine samples in July. | ||
