| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Magic Valley Lab called to let us know the routine sample collected 6/13 was present for TC, absent for FC. Called Walt. He will collect four repeat samples next week (the lab only picks up samples on Wednesdays). Walt thinks he touched the threads on the sample bottle, which may account for the sample result. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect four repeat samples, further action based on results of repeat samples. | ||
