| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform routine sample collected 6/16/06. DETAILS: Chuck called to report a positive total coliform routine sample collected 6/16/06 from Well #2 after chlorination. Chuck believes the positive result was from poor sample collection procedures. Chuck already collected a repeat from Well #2 and at a residence located 3 homes downstream from well #2. I instructed Chuck to collect one more repeat sample for a total of 3 and to call me with the results. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of 3 repeat samples and follow-up. | ||
