| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform routine sample collected 6/16/2006 DETAILS: Elmer called to report a positive total coliform routine sample collected 6/16/2006. I instructed him to collect the required 4 repeat samples as soon as possible (which he will complete on 6/23/06). Elmer will collect one from the well (which was the original positive location) and three others spread out between the two connections. He will contact me with the results of the sampling. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of 4 repeat samples and follow-up. Five routine samples are required in July. | ||
