Details:	SUMMARY: SWTR and new requirements for cartridge filtration. DETAILS: Mr. Tautenhahn, owner of Woahink Lake Suites, contacted me in response to the Sanitary Survey report completed in April 2006. The current cartridge filter does not appear to be functioning as well as it could be (exceeded MCL in February 2006 and showed little removal between raw and treated water during April 2006 survey). We discussed options, sampling requirements and new filtration requirements for removal of crypto. Mr. Tautenhahn requested an extension until August 1, 2006 (from July 19, 2006) to respond to me in writing with a corrective action plan to resolve significant deficiencies identified during the survey. I have accepted his request for extension. ACTION NEEDED: Await written corrective action plan due 8/1/2006.
