| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine coliform sample on 6/9/06 DETAILS: o6/13/06 (8:10 AM) I spoke with Don Holland. He has already shocked the well and the storage tanks. He said he will take four repeat samples once chlorine clears out of the system. I explained to him that in the future he needs to take the repeat samples prior to any disinfection of the well or storage. ACTION NEEDED: Don needs to take four repeat samples as oon as the chlorine level in the system is back down to 0 ppm. Don also needs to turn in five routine samples in the month of July. | ||
