| Details: | SUMMARY: Questions regarding CCR DETAILS: Kelly called questioning the SOC/VOC violation for MP 01/02 - 12/04. She indicated that the lab had submitted them late and had arranged with DWP to forgive the violation. The samples were taken 12/28/04 and received 02/02/05. The lab sent a note to DWP explaining the circumstances, however, the violations were retained and subsequently returned to compliance. Kelly also said that Dan Higgens would replace her as the contact for the system effective 07/07/06. ACTION NEEDED: Kelly to report violations and subsequent RTC in 2005 CCR. DWP to update contact info for Dan Higgens. | ||
