| Details: | SUMMARY: Two positive total coliform routines on 6/12/06, one positive repeat on 6/15/06. DETAILS: Karen Kelley received an alert for two positive total coliform routine samples taken on 6/12/06. She talked with Eugene Yacht Club and they took 8 repeat samples. One repeat, taken on 6/15/06, was positive for total coliform. Merlyn Drake called me on 6/16/06 and I told him the shock chlorination/flushing procedure with the specifics for his well and mailed a copy of the fact sheet. I told him to take a special sample within the week and to call me with the results. I called Merlyn again on 6/27/06 and he said the special sample came back negative. I instructed him on the public notice procedure for resolved total coliform, mailed him the template/instructions, and told him to take 5 routine samples in July. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of 5 routines in July and copy of public notice. | ||
