| Details: | I emailed Doris on 02/10/2020 in regards to the waivers for wells #1,2,4,5,6. I informed her that that waiver for well 5 was approved but wells 6, 4, and 2 were denied and well 1 did not get reviewed due to it being an emergency well. I let Doris know that the waiver denials meant that the setback issues will be unresolved. These deficiencies can be re-evaluated if alternative protective measures are applied. I provided her information to the regional hydrologist Tom Pattee if she was interested in exploring alternative protective measures. | ||
