| Details: | SUMMARY: Two out of the four repeat samples collected 6/23/06 were positive for total coliform. DETAILS: I received an alert showing two of the four repeat samples collected 6/23/06 were positive for total coliform. Elmer is not aware of any problems with the system. We discussed shock chlorination procedures and public notice requirements. I mailed a fact sheet on coliform bacteria with shock chlorination instructions and the public notice template. Elmer will send a copy of the completed notice back to me for posting credit. Five routine samples are due in July and Elmer is aware of that requirement. ACTION NEEDED: Await copy of the public notice and five routine samples in July 2006. | ||
