Details:	Mary Lou Warren called on 2/11/2020 to ask for a reduction in coliform sampling from monthly to quarterly. Later that day she called back to ask why she received a violation for non-reporting. On Dec 9th I submitted a request to remove well #1 from the inventory but did not state when the well was officially turned off. Called Mary Lou on 02/12/2020 to find out the exact date the well was removed from the system. Mary Lou stated that she turned it off right after her chlorine injection system was installed which was January 3rd of 2019. Emailed Chuck Michaels - he stated that he will remove the non-reporting violation. Sent in coliform reduction schedule change on 02/12/2020. Operator has had a negative results for coliform for the past 12 months.
