Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed env review process for City - EID required DETAILS: Mike called to discuss the env review process for the City of Creswell SRF project. Discussed general process and steps, including need for Environmental Information Document (EID). Mike already has a draft ready for review, but the Biological Assessment portion will not be completed until addl agencies have time to review and comment. See 5/30/06 email from Mike in file for details. The final BA will be inserted into the EID later as an appendix. In addition, there will be a Wetlands, Rare Plants, and Terrestrial Wildlife Report added to the EID when completed. Finally, field survey activities will produce a HEC RAS floodplain model. Although some documents are not yet available, preliminary evaluation indicates no implacts in these areas associated with this project. ACTION NEEDED: DWP will evaluate EID submitted on 5/30/2006 and then do further review when addl documents are completed. FNSI is likely action once process is completed. DWP will obtain addl info as needed for proper evaluation, so that project can move forward.
