Details: SUMMARY: Positive total coliform sample on 6/13/06 DETAILS: I will go evaluate the system within the n ext couple of days. At that point we will discuss public notice for the MCL violation. ACTION NEEDED: Public Notice needs to be posted. The system needs to be chlorinated. A Sanitary Survey needs to be conducted. Five repeat samples need to be submitted.
