| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine on 6/15/06 (alert on 6/16/06) DETAILS: 6/17/06 I left a message for Sandy on Saturday morning informing her of the sample results. 6/18/06 - All four repeat samples came back negative. I discussed the possible reasons for a positive sample with Sandy. We could not determine a cause. She takes all of her samples off of hose bibs with backflow devices. She bleaches the faucets before taking the samples. ACTION NEEDED: Sandy needs to take five routine samples in the month of July. | ||
