| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine coliform sample on 6/6/06 par of five routines following previous positive sample in May. DETAILS: 6/8/06 - I did a field visit to try to determine the sources of recent positive samples. Tryo discovered a clogged chlorine injector and repaired it. We drained the storage tank out to the irrigation system and refilled it at a chlorine residual of about 2.5 ppm. While on site I performed a sanitary survey. 6/12/06 I collected four repeat samples and suggested that Troy dial the chlorine residual back down to about 1 ppm. 6/13/06 - Nielson Labs reported that all four repeat samples passed. ACTION NEEDED: Troy needs to take five routine samples in the month of July. | ||
