| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Coliform on 6/8/06 DETAILS: .6/13/06 - Nielson reported that three of the repeat samples came back negative but that the one taken from the upstairs washroom came back positive. 6/14/06 I spoke with the water system and it turns out that the washroom faucet had a screen on it at the time the sample was collected. We discussed proper sampling procedure. I explained the resulting MCL violation. ACTION NEEDED: Thomas needs to submit five routine samples in the month of July. | ||
