| Details: | SUMMARY: Disease outbreak at the camp. Probably due to conditions around the middle of May, 2005. ACTION NEEDED: System needs to be evaluated. The filtration operation and how effective it is must be determined and upgraded or replaced as needed. A tracer study must be be completed on the clearwell. Proper monitoring for CTs and turbidity must be done by installing sampling taps. | ||
