Details:	Of the four remaining significant deficiencies, the extension date is approaching for two of them (2/28/20). I emailed the city clerk, operator, and DRC to ask for an update on those two - calibrating the turbidimeters and creating a filter profile. For another significant deficiency, the City Clerk (Stephanie) had emailed me a scan of (mostly old) cross connection testing forms earlier this week. They were too faint for me to decipher, except for the top one which was for testing the assembly at the wastewater plant early this month. I could make out enough to see there were other locations tested in the older forms, but not how many, nor whether they were tested in either 2019 or so far in 2020.
