Details: ACTION NEEDED: Operator to re-shock 1/17/06 and re test. I asked operator to fax test results and Public Notice to me and to the State. I also spoke with Ann Meewisen (alternate contact) and explained the above to her who is assisting operator. Operator stated there was a lot of sediment when well pump serviced. They are flushing the system.
