| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform routine sample collected 7/3/2006. DETAILS: I received an alert for a positive total coliform routine sample collected 7/3/2006. I contacted Carolyn Giorgio who said the required four repeat samples were collected at the end of last week. She has not heard from the lab and we have not received the results, so they are assumed to be absent. She will call me if she is informed otherwise. I instructed her to collect the required 5 routine samples in August. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of 5 routine samples in August. | ||
