| Details: | DETAILS: Spoke with Rich Foreman, and he stated that previous failures were the result of a broken line in the water system. Rich stated that the line would be repaired on June 11, 2006. Therefore, I instructed Rich to have the line repaired, shock Chlorinate the system, and take 5 subsequent samples in June. Rich is the only one using the camp until July 19, 2006. ACTION NEEDED: Repair line, Shock chlorinate the system, and take 5 samples in June to ensure System is absent of coliform. | ||
