| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform repeat sample collected 6/29/2006. DETAILS: I received an alert showing one out of the two repeat samples collected 6/29/2006 was positive for total coliform. I was unable to reach Gerry Burnett by phone. So, I faxed him a fact sheet on coliform bacteria health effects including instructions on shock chlorination along with public notice instructions and template. I asked Gerry to fax back a copy of the completed and distributed public notice back to me to get credit for issuing notice. Five routines are required in July. ACTION NEEDED: Await copy of public notice and five routine samples in July. | ||
